The hotel is in a great location, right next to the pier where you can catch boats to explore different parts of the lake. It is also in the center of the old town, making it convenient and close to everything. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities.

I found the staff to be a bit indifferent and not very attentive.

The breakfast had great food selections, including hot options and champagne. the hotel is located in a perfect spot near the ferry jetty, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The organization was poor, and we had to wait for a long time at check-in because of a lack of shuttle buses and double check-in. the spa/pool access was confusing, with some guests getting access and others not, even though we all paid for it.
