We had a wonderful stay at Smart Cruise! the room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We were impressed by the large bathroom with its luxurious walk-in shower. the amenities like a kettle, drinks, fridge, and ample hanging space were a bonus. the hotel's proximity to the cruise shuttle bus area was very convenient, and the modern interior added to the overall appeal. the staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were even allowed early access to our room, which was a lifesaver after a long overnight flight. we highly recommend Smart Cruise to anyone cruising from the port!

This hotel is extremely convenient for those embarking on a cruise, as it is located very close to the port. The rooms are clean and the staff provides excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Additionally, there are nearby restaurants and markets, making it easy to find a meal or supplies before boarding the ship.

It would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price, as well as clearer instructions for the shower and the coffee machine in the lobby.

We stayed at Hotel Smart Cruise and it was such a convenient choice. the hotel's central location to the cruise port made it a breeze to walk, even with our luggage. the facilities were impeccably clean and had a pleasing aesthetic. We appreciated the availability of air conditioning and WiFi, as well as the adapter provided in the room. the owner went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even giving us a Rome fridge magnet as a token of gratitude. the service from the staff was truly outstanding, and we were able to easily communicate with them via text for any queries. Staying at this hotel definitely took away the stress of being close to the cruise port.

They even allowed us to check-in early and helped us with any issues or questions we had. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had a fabulous bathroom with a great shower. It was also nice to have access to tea, coffee, and snacks in the room.

From the outside, the hotel didn't look too impressive, but don't judge a book by its cover. The exterior didn't reflect the excellent experience we had inside.

We spent the Easter weekend at a hotel near the cruise terminal. We appreciated how close it was to the port and train station, which made it easy to get around. the hotel had a modern and clean look to it, which was a plus. the room was also clean, and we liked that the mini-bar had complimentary drinks.

The downside to our stay was that we had difficulty getting a good night's sleep. the noise from the street was bothersome, and we regretted not getting a room at the back of the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. the modern room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was beautifully designed with black & white marble and had an excellent rain shower. the location was perfect, just a short 2-minute walk from the Port bus terminal and 10 minutes from the town center. This made it convenient for joining a cruise ship or exploring the nearby restaurants. the front desk manager was exceptional, greeting us warmly and being extremely helpful throughout our stay. They even went out of their way to assist us with printing our luggage tags. the room was impeccably clean and had thoughtful touches like a stocked refrigerator with champagne, juices, and water, as well as robes and slippers available. the hotel had ramps for wheelchair accessibility, making it convenient for my mother. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel exceeded our expectations.
