It's literally 10 steps from Santa Maria Novella and only 4 minutes from Lungarno. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities provided are great. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, creating a cozy atmosphere. You can also enjoy a delicately scented environment, which adds a luxurious touch to your stay. Plus, the hotel is surrounded by numerous dining options, making it easy to find a place to eat anywhere around this hotel.

The hotel's central position allowed me to easily explore the city and also made it convenient for me to reach the train station. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff provided great service and were always ready to assist. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, as the room was exactly as shown in the pictures, and the private bathroom outside the room was a convenient feature. Lastly, the breakfast served in the morning was a nice touch, setting me up for a day of exploring.

As one of those taking off early, I loved the excellent position near all of Florence's attractions. The staff were kind and accommodating, going out of their way to meet my requirements. The hotel was spotless, and I appreciated the no-smoking policy and pleasant smell in my room. The WiFi service was also excellent.
