the hotel staff were friendly and spoke English well. They were helpful in holding our luggage until our room was ready and even on our check-out day. the rooms were spacious and clean, with the added bonus of air conditioning. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options including various egg dishes, vegetables, cheese and cold cuts, pastries, and cereal breakfasts. the hotel's location was fantastic, with a metro station right in front of the exit, making it easy to navigate the city and reach the center in just a few stops. There were also several cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby, which was very convenient.

On our Christmas holidays, we stayed at a hotel that had two great complementary facts: firstly, a delicious breakfast with plenty of pastries to start the day, and secondly, gig screen TV with YouTube and Netflix accounts to log in. the hotel's key location, close to a train station and the metro, made it easy for us to get around and see all the sights.

The air conditioning in our room seemed to have a mind of its own; turning off when the temperature was still too warm and then having a delay when we tried to turn it back on.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to a subway station that took us straight to the main attractions. We loved the clean and modern design of the room, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The in-room coffee machine and fridge were a nice touch, making our stay even more comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our romantic escape.

Although the room had soundproof windows, we did experience some noise from other guests and cleaners in the corridor. It would have been better if the room door was more insulated to minimize the sound.

Well-located near subway and Termini Station, close to markets, within 30 mins walk to Colosseum, clean and perfect rooms, good breakfast.

I had a very comfortable stay at St Martin By Omnia Hotels. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. I loved the deep soaker tub and the Juliet balcony. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Termini train station. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of pastries and fresh fruit.
