We had the most incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and at home. The spacious and clean rooms were a sight to behold, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the private sauna in our bathroom - such a luxurious touch! The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of all the action. We were just a short walk away from the cable cars and other attractions. The panoramic view from the swimming pool was absolutely breathtaking, and we couldn't get enough of it. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and quality options. we were blown away by the service, amenities, and location of this hotel. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the area.

Great location for skiing with easy access to the lifts and ski slopes. The food and wine selection was exceptional with high-quality ingredients and great taste.

The staff was unresponsive to our requests, and the rooms were not properly cleaned. There was no hot water during our entire stay and the heating in the rooms was inadequate, making it a very uncomfortable stay. The management was not helpful in resolving these issues, making our New Year's holiday a disappointment.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stops, making it easy to explore the valley and access the cable cars. The buzzing areas of the village are also within walking distance, allowing guests to experience the vibrant atmosphere. Guests can enjoy stunning views from their rooms, with some even having balconies. The modern suites provide comfortable double beds, sofa beds, and amenities suitable for families with babies, such as a separate little bed and spacious bathrooms with cool baths and showers.

While the service and facilities at the hotel are stellar, the reception/lounge/bar area is currently under renovation. However, this redevelopment is expected to enhance the overall experience of staying at the hotel.
