We got great value for our money at Hotel Torcolo. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect - right in the center of all the restaurants, shops, and sights. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel cared for and at home.

The morning meal could be improved by having a more spacious breakfast area.

I had a fantastic stay at Torcolo "Residenze Del Cuore" in Verona. the vintage look and feel of the hotel were exactly what I was looking for. the staff were warm, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. the location was unbeatable, and being in the heart of Verona made me feel like I was truly experiencing the city. the room was clean and comfortable, and the espresso and cappuccino brought to my room in the morning was a delightful touch. Pre-Christmas in Verona is also a must-see, with a perfect Christmas market to explore.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was perfectly located in the center of everything. We were just a short walk away from the beautiful Roman amphitheatre where we enjoyed an amazing opera performance. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient for us to try different cuisines. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Breakfast was delicious, and the view from our window was lovely.

That the electric sockets in the room were poorly positioned for charging our devices.

Some rooms had limited air conditioning, which was inconvenient during hot days. The early morning garbage collection on the first floor was quite noisy.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the center of the old city. You can easily walk to many historical sites and it's so near to everything. The rooms are clean and well kept, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist you. The breakfast area offers a nice selection of foods to start your day.
