The value for money at Hotel Toscana was great, with a clean and comfortable room that included a double bed and single bed. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the cathedral and Piazza della Signoria. The staff were super friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and circling all the must-see places.

The breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options.

We had a great stay at Toscana hotel! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The rooms were comfortable and had a good size bathroom. The staff was friendly and gave us great tips on where to eat and book tours. The hotel was also easily accessible from the airport, with a convenient shuttle service that took only 30 minutes. our experience at Toscana was fantastic!

Great location, close to major attractions and the train station. Good pub downstairs with a variety of local beers. a pleasant stay.

The hotel was located in a very central area, making it convenient to explore the city on foot. It was situated in a nice neighborhood and was close to the main train station.

The shower water pressure was low and would often turn chilly after a few minutes.

I recently stayed at Hotel Toscana for a few nights during my visit to Florence. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was within walking distance of the train station and all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to eat and helping with tour reservations. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. it was an excellent hotel in terms of location, service, and cleanliness. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to others.

The staff gave us the best advice on where to find delicious Gluten Free options and gelato. Besi, our lovely host, even treated us to some amazing coffee and gave us his insights on donuts. The location was also ideal, being close to the train station and major attractions. The air conditioning kept us cool during the hot weather. The historic building was in good repair, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the comfortable and spacious rooms with lovely beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. The cleanliness and tidiness of the bathrooms were also impressive. The hotel staff provided excellent advice on finding gluten-free options and gelato, as well as a great coffee chat. The location was convenient, being just a short 15-minute walk from the train station, and there was a laundromat right opposite. The communal kitchen with a kettle, microwave, and seating area was a nice addition. The good WIFI, although initially difficult to connect to, was reliable throughout our stay.

Felt completely relaxed, no complaints.
