During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the best aspects was the delicious food, especially the local ham and cheese. The location was also convenient, close to various winter activities like skiing and ice skating.

The rooms were a bit dated and the beds were not very comfortable. The walls were also thin, so there was some noise from other guests. Additionally, the wellness center could use some improvements, as the pool was too cold to enjoy. while my experience had some downsides, the positives outweighed the negatives.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! the location was perfect, as it was just a short distance from the cable car and offered easy access to the ski area. The breathtaking views of the mountains were simply stunning. Secondly, the service was top-notch. The attentive and professional staff made me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were met. I especially appreciated the room service and housekeeping, as well as the helpful tours and ticket assistance. Finally, the hotel amenities were exceptional. The spa and wellness center provided a relaxing experience with its sauna, jacuzzi, and Turkish bath. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were the perfect spots to unwind and take in the scenery. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and quality.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.
