Hotel Ulisse provided a great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location of this hotel in Ischia Island was fantastic, as it offered stunning views of the castle from the rooms with balconies on the top floor. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, making sure all our needs were met. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient and the breakfast served in an area with a breathtaking view of the castle was simply amazing.

Timing of dinner could be more flexible.

Despite some reviews mentioning it as "dated," I found the hotel to have a charming character. The swimming pool area, surrounded by beautiful gardens, is peaceful and relaxing. The staff at the main reception were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was plentiful and well-organized. The highlight for me was the stunning view from the roof terrace, where we could enjoy the sunset and breathtaking views. I also appreciate the free room upgrade to a sea view, which made our stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel.

Although the location was great, the walk from the ferry port to the hotel was a bit long and tiring for us. Taxis were quite expensive too, so we ended up walking everywhere.

We stayed at a hotel near lots of shopping and restaurants, not far from Porto. Our room had a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The hotel staff provided excellent service, attending to every request. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the staff were professional and attentive. The hotel also had two pools, one of them at a lovely 30 degrees. The hotel location was also convenient, as it was near a sandy beach.
