Excellent location, professional and friendly staff, extensive selection of spirits and wine, outstanding food in the hotel restaurant, amazing desserts, dog-friendly facility.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights at this hotel. The room was excellent, with a comfortable bed and a nice en-suite. The staff provided a warm welcome and assistance to every guest. The breakfast choices were excellent and the evening meal was delicious. The hotel's indoor swimming pool and tennis court were great amenities. The hotel's location, near the rail station, made it easy to explore the surrounding region. The mountain views were stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Dobbiaco. the location was superb, it was right next to the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Plus, being close to the lake added an extra touch of tranquility to my stay. Secondly, the service and staff were top-notch. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Lastly, the rooms were well-appointed with basic amenities and a nice balcony overlooking the stunning surroundings. The bathtub was a bonus for some relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. I couldn't have asked for a better value for money experience.

The hotel's proximity to the railroad tracks can be quite noisy, with trains passing by every half-hour or so.

The family-run hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Free parking was available and there was a nearby park for dog walks. The spa and swimming pool had to be booked in advance and closed at 20:00. Convenient location near bus and train stations with spacious rooms and a nice breakfast.

Located near a beautiful lake with stunning views and great local transportation options. the building and rooms were clean and attractive. the extensive selection of spirits and wine was excellent, and the food in the hotel restaurant was outstandingly delicious - kudos to their chef on presentation and quality/taste!

The hotel staff was unfriendly and lacked customer service skills. One receptionist was rude and disorganized during check-in, while another receptionist demanded an extra 25 euros per night for an infant child.
