Helpful and friendly staff

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a friendly and attentive staff. The lady at the reception was efficient and made us feel welcomed. Our room on the second floor was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's facilities, such as the pool/snooker room and fitness area. The continental breakfast was plentiful, and the staff serving us were polite and helpful. Although there may be cheaper options available, this hotel provided a clean and quiet stay with excellent service. The people of the town were also friendly, adding to our overall positive experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Montevarchi and I must say, I was quite impressed! First of all, the location was superb, right in the center of town. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area and enjoying all that Montevarchi has to offer. Additionally, this hotel truly lived up to its reputation of providing enhanced comfort and quality services. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The hotel also offered a variety of amenities, such as a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a fitness center, allowing guests to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The only slight downside was that the hotel was a bit difficult to find, especially if you were arriving by train.

The shower drain had a slight unpleasant smell.

The staff wasn't very accommodating when it came to cleaning our room after a certain time, which caused us to miss out on some activities we had planned. the noise levels from other guests in the hallway were quite loud and made it challenging to get a good night's rest.
