Nice staff, great location with ample parking and good organization. Close to restaurants with an amazing view from the bridge. Clean rooms and polite and helpful service. Very close to the center with a comfortable stay and good breakfast. Spacious and quiet room with a good night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and has ample parking space. the staff are helpful and accommodating. the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of both savory and sweet dishes. the rooms were spacious, with extra pillows, a TV, and a mini-bar.

The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better. On arrival, we noticed spiderwebs and dust in the bathroom and it seemed like the room hadn't been occupied for a while.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Bassano del Grappa. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Secondly, the location was fantastic, with the hotel being just off the new bridge, offering amazing views of the old bridge. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. I was also impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms, such as the twin beds and the basic amenities provided.

No significant issues, everything was fine.
