Good lake view and proximity to restaurants. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The continental breakfast was enjoyable with fresh fruit and a variety of pastries.

This hotel lacked basic maintenance,there was an unpleasant smell in the room, and the towels provided were worn out. The room decor was outdated and unappealing.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful view of the lake. I enjoyed spending time by the pool, which was surrounded by a well-maintained lawn area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their service was top-notch. I especially loved the bar and restaurant staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and had a balcony with an incredible view. The breakfast had a great selection of delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The location was stunning with breathtaking views of the lake. The staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to provide gluten-free options at breakfast. The facilities, including the pool and well-manicured gardens, were exceptional. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable.

Lovely property with great staff. Excellent coffee, better than Florence. Special treat to stay here. Comfortable bed. Sumptuous breakfast with lakeside views. Helpful front desk and restaurant staff. Good parking availability. Lovely garden and pool area. Access to the lake. Delicious 'snacks' available until 7.30.
