The hotel was located in a beautiful old villa on a tree-lined street, which immediately created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The room I stayed in was incredibly comfortable, with the beds providing the best sleep I had during my entire trip to Italy. The breakfast served at the hotel was also very good, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff working at the hotel were attentive and caring, making sure that all my needs were taken care of. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was within walking distance of the major highlights in Florence. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

A special mention to Federico who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Despite the AC issue, the team tried their best to fix it promptly. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Florence's attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for its service and warm hospitality.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the River, allowing us to stroll around the beautiful area and visit all the sites within a short walk.
