The value for money at this place was incredible! Our room, which was upgraded to a junior suite, was absolutely wonderful. The location was idyllic, and the staff treated us like royalty.

We had a fantastic weekend at this romantic and beautiful hotel in the countryside. the grounds were stunning, with a park area, fountains, and a beautiful pool to enjoy. the hotel is a renovated old monastery, adding to its charm. the location was perfect for us, as we didn't want a seaside hotel and this was exactly what we were looking for. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Venice, only about a 45-minute drive away, made it a convenient base for exploring the area.

One negative aspect was the lack of clear signposting and directions to the hotel. It was a bit challenging to find the place, especially if you're not familiar with the area.

The Villa Luppis provides a beautiful and tranquil setting with a romantic, typical Italian historic building. The staff goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service, from cleaning the tennis courts specifically for us to getting new balls. The pool is great and the breakfast is delicious.

The breakfast, although basic, was enjoyable especially when eaten outside. The food and wine at the hotel were decent, nothing extraordinary. Lastly, the owner's wine cellar is definitely worth a visit.

The bathrooms in the hotel, although still maintaining their old charm with copper hardware, were a bit uncomfortable due to the tiny bathtubs/showers. Additionally, it can get noisy on the second floor during weddings or events.
