The staff was friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was nice and well-maintained. The apartments were well laid out with plenty of power points. The bathroom was modern and clean. The hotel offered bike rentals.

Spent my xmas holidays in this hidden gem in Northern Italy. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always offering great recommendations on local spots. The room was spacious and cozy. The food was always fresh and delicious, with a lovely selection of homemade pasta. The best aspect of my stay was definitely the stunning view of the mountains and the lake from the hotel's terrace. It was an unforgettable experience.

The wifi connection wasn't strong enough in some areas of the hotel, and the air conditioning wasn't as efficient as I hoped. The location is a bit isolated, but the public transport service is good, and it's easy to get to the nearby town.
