I loved staying at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect as it was within walking distance of the Church. The staff was so accommodating and friendly, even allowing me to change my arrival date without any hassle. When we arrived late at night and couldn't find anywhere to eat, the receptionist went above and beyond and arranged for a nearby restaurant to stay open just for us. They even cooked us delicious pizza! The level of service was truly exceptional.

While this place wasn't as close to the old village center as I would have liked, it more than made up for it with its other features. Even though it wasn't in the heart of the city, the hotel provided a convenient shuttle service to get around.

The bed was big and really comfortable, perfect for recovering after all the walking we did during Easter. We also enjoyed the tasty food in the hotel's restaurant, it really helped having good meals close by. the hilltop location was great for enjoying the views and the fresh air, and we loved being so close to the main attractions of the city.

The staff really let us down. None of them spoke our language and they seemed to struggle with any attempts to communicate.
