I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel.

While the hotel was great overall, there were a couple of small drawbacks. The noise from a wedding taking place in the hotel's restaurant below my room was quite disruptive, especially since I was traveling with my 4-year-old son who needed to sleep early.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early after a long flight. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast menu offered a wide range of options, and we particularly enjoyed the garnish on the eggs and bacon.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel staff was very friendly and warm, offering us complementary drinks upon arrival and also a nice selection of seasonal treats. the location was great, close to many shops and restaurants, which made it easy for us to explore the city. We also enjoyed the cozy ambiance of the hotel's lounge area, perfect for relaxing by the fireplace after a long day of sightseeing.

The bathroom was outdated with chipped tiles and rusted fixtures, and the bedding was not very comfortable. the noise level was high due to the hotel's proximity to a busy street.
