This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. I loved the convenient location, just a short tram ride away from the city center, making it easy to explore Turin. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable, equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant stay. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, with a wide variety of fresh Italian homemade pastries to start the day off right.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

Located in a practical area, with easy access to public transportation and a shopping complex nearby. the staff was welcoming and provided great customer service. Breakfast included a wide selection of fresh Italian pastries.

The rooms were looking quite outdated and the lifts were small and challenging with baggage. the beds were not the most comfortable, and the pillows were too small and soft.
