We couldn't have asked for a better value for our money. The room at Hub Navona was amazing, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The staff treated us like royalty, providing excellent service and helpful recommendations.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by reducing the noise while getting it ready.

Stayed in a charming hotel in a great location for exploring with fantastic views of the city from my balcony. The staff were very friendly and the price offered great value for money. Breakfast was also a nice touch!

The location of this hotel is absolutely incredible. It is situated just a street away from the famous Piazza Navona, which means you have easy access to all the amazing restaurants in the area. In fact, there are two restaurants right next to the hotel's front door that serve delicious food. Additionally, the hotel is also close to all the major tourist attractions in the city, so you can easily explore Rome on foot.

The lack of a reception area. It would have been nice to have a dedicated space where we could check in and ask questions, instead of having to call and wait for a response.

Felt welcome, no complaints

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Hub Navona. The large old doors in a wall next to two restaurants sparked my curiosity, and when I stepped inside, I was greeted with a delightful surprise. The staff, particularly Jerome and John, were polite and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was amazing. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, the perfect base to explore the charming Piazza Navona and its surrounding shops and restaurants. The communal breakfast area was cozy, offering a continental spread. I even had the pleasure of enjoying wine and strawberries in my room, a lovely gesture from the owner. I had a superb experience and would highly recommend Hub Navona for its superb staff and fantastic location.

The hotel was kind enough to offer some complementary snacks and drinks upon arrival, which was a nice surprise. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with many popular attractions within walking distance. the room was quite cozy and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

My experience during Easter was not ideal. the hotel did not provide any special arrangements or activities for guests during the holiday, which was a bit disappointing.
