For the value we paid, we got a clean and modern room with comfy beds and great sound-proofed windows. The location was perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Viareggio, with a direct bus stop just 5 minutes away. The staff was friendly, helpful, and even shared bus timetables and maps with us.

The breakfast menu could have been better, as there was limited meat and cheese options.

The Hotel Ibis in Campi Bisenzio had comfortable beds, sound-proofed windows, and light-blocking curtains. The suburban bus route made it easy to reach the center of Florence in about 50 minutes. Nearby "i gigli" shopping center provided convenient options for dining and self-catering. The hotel staff were helpful and the room was clean and well-equipped. Fast wifi and functioning air conditioning were also appreciated.

I had a fantastic stay at Ibis Firenze Prato Est. The hotel's location near a shopping center and the motorway made it incredibly convenient for my stopover. The room, although small, was clean and everything was in working order. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service from the Tunisian gentleman at reception. He went above and beyond to help me with my toll issue, saving me around 30 euros. The staff's warmth and friendliness made me feel right at home. Although the breakfast could have been better, I took advantage of the half price offer and found it to be a good value. I highly recommend this hotel for a stopover near Florence.

The hotel had modern and clean rooms, offering a comfortable stay. the free parking was a bonus, especially for guests with a car. the location was central to explore Tuscany and there was a bus stop nearby for easy access to Florence.

Some staff members were not as friendly and helpful as expected, which was a letdown. There were no mini bar or small fridge in the room.
