The hotel’s location is fantastic, just steps away from iconic spots like the Duomo. Breakfast had a decent variety, with fresh fruit and yogurt. Friendly staff at reception added a nice touch.

Unfortunately, the room was quite dated and not up to par with modern expectations. There were issues with the air conditioning, making nights uncomfortably warm. The decor felt more like 80s nostalgia than luxurious comfort.

absolutely not worth the hype. my room was dark and dingy, and the shower-room felt like a sardine can. can you believe no complimentary breakfast after such an awful stay? i was expecting at least a room upgrade! if they think this is a 4-star experience, they must be kidding. basic needs should have been met, right?

The location, the breakfast selection, the clean room, the comfortable linens – truly a lovely experience!

The absence of a restaurant feels misleading!!! Shower facilities could use serious updates!!! Poor air conditioning is quite uncomfortable!!! Hallways need better cleaning and upkeep!!! Low-quality maintenance is obvious!!!

Pleasant spot to unwind with a nice powerful shower and a delicious diverse breakfast spread, and just a short walk from shopping and the majestic Cathedral.

ih hotels has an excellent location, just a short walk from the duomo! the breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of options. staff was extremely helpful, making my stay pleasant!

room maintenance could use some attention (wallpaper peeling).

Stayed for 4 nights in a Deluxe Junior Suite. The location was unbeatable, just steps from major attractions. The hotel's restaurant had an excellent breakfast, but be cautious about room size. ours wasn’t ideal for three. Consider confirming specifics to avoid surprises.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the breakfast with a rich buffet. I appreciated a wide variety of choices, including cakes and fresh fruit. I also spent some time relaxing on the terrace, which offered a nice view of the city. It was a practical spot for a short visit. I felt at home during my time there, missing my Italian comforts while in a new place. My stay was in 2024-06-15.

Great location just a few steps from the Duomo and an awesome breakfast spread. So many food options! Loved that they had multiple water choices too, like mint and hot lemon.
