The staff was amazing and helped us arrange a boat rental, which turned out to be a magical experience. The on-site restaurant was great, and the breakfast room offered lovely views. The location was perfect for us, with the ferry boat conveniently stopping right at the hotel. The suites were spacious and clean, with beautiful views from the balcony. Great food and nice view from the restaurant. the rooms were comfy although a little too warm. the staff offered us complementary drinks and snacks upon arrival and a complimentary bottle of wine on Christmas day. the location was perfect to explore the area.

Poor communication with the staff led to misunderstandings and confusion. the parking was scarce and it was not clear where to park which made the check-in process stressful.

The service provided by the friendly and dedicated staff was exceptional, making us feel welcome and attended to throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the waterfront, allowing us to easily explore the charming town and enjoy the great restaurants nearby.

The only minor downside was that there was limited walking distance around the immediate vicinity, but this was easily compensated for by the convenience of the ferry terminal right outside the hotel, providing easy access to other parts of the lake or the option to hire a car.
