From the moment we walked in, everything went perfect. Easy check-in, cool weekly schedule of activities, delicious extended breakfast with great options, spacious room with AC and lovely view, attentive lifeguards.

Great indoor pool for families with beautiful views. Golf course is a highlight. Relaxing pool area and excellent food and drinks. Friendly and professional service at the front desk. Wide selection at breakfast and comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.

The location in the Tuscan hills offers breathtaking views of the landscape, providing a serene and picturesque atmosphere. Additionally, the helpful staff is knowledgeable about local activities, such as wine tasting, and provided great recommendations. Special mention to Rosmarino restaurant for their exceptional service and delicious cuisine.

Some employees could benefit from further training to ensure a higher level of service.

reservation system for restaurants needs improvement

The hotel is new and facilities are polished. the breathtaking Tuscany view is visible from all parts of the hotel, including breakfast and dinner areas, and the pool. Two complementary activities were offered, but what really sets this place apart is the friendliness of the staff.

Some of the staff members could learn a thing or two about customer service. Despite the hotel’s key location, there wasn’t much to do outside the hotel, and some of the street conditions were poor.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at a resort in the picturesque Tuscan countryside. The views were breathtaking and the resort itself was stunning. The golf course was top-notch and my husband thoroughly enjoyed playing there. The pool area was fantastic for relaxation, offering incredible views of the surrounding landscape. The food at the restaurants was superb, with the breakfast buffet being particularly impressive with its wide variety of options. We also appreciated the entertainment options such as hiking, golfing, and tastings. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this resort and would highly recommend it.

castelfalfi surpassed our expectations during our recent city break. the staff, accommodations, and food were all exceptional. the location was convenient for exploring nearby wineries and activities. we especially enjoyed dining at il rosmarin. overall, an amazing experience that we highly recommend.

Minor cleanliness issues

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel nestled in the heart of Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff who ensured that all our exclusive amenities were fulfilled. the room was spacious, with beautiful decor and exquisite touches, providing a tranquil and comfortable stay. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were amazing, offering a serene space to relax and enjoy the stunning panoramic views of the Tuscan hills. We also indulged in the Spa and Wellness centre, where the massage and beauty treatment services were exceptional. the restaurant breakfast was a Continental feast that we enjoyed on the sun terrace. the location was superb, being in close proximity to Parma and Florence.

The only minor issue we faced was with the poolside snack bar, which had limited selections and high prices.

Value for money was exceptional and the room was beautifully decorated. The location on top of the hill offered breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, organizing great activities like biking and yoga sessions.

One small suggestion to make the breakfast even better would be to offer more gluten-free options.
