The location of the hotel was in an obscure neighborhood and virtually unmarked, but it was in a quieter part of town, yet still within easy walking distance of the center. The reception area was located over the reception area. The room was well proportioned and stylishly furnished, with many "extras". The bathroom had all the necessary facilities. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with the front desk being English spoken and very helpful. The breakfast offered a good selection of cold meat, cheese, pastries, and coffee.

Parking in the street was difficult and restricted, although there was a parking lot nearby for a reasonable price.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city's medieval center. We were able to explore the beautiful park nearby and all the major sights were within walking distance. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel also had great amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a spa center. we had a wonderful experience here.

Spacious rooms with a big bathroom and balcony overlooking an inner courtyard. Convenient location in the beautiful old city center, with easy access by car. Very helpful and accommodating staff, willing to go the extra mile. Good recommendations for nearby restaurants and shops. Quality continental breakfast brought to the room. Good WiFi and small market next door for convenience.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Il Convento. The location was perfect, allowing us to experience life in the Quarter away from the main tourist areas. The room was superb, with attractive decor and great comfort. The bathroom was a delightful feature. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. Our daughter loved the fun local bars and restaurants, which made her 21st birthday trip extra special. The Sunday breakfast was fantastic, and the deluxe room was spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning. excellent value for money and we would definitely go back.
