Exceptional: Helpful staff prepared a great breakfast package for my early flight. Beautiful building with gluten-free breakfast options. And dinner recommendation was spot on – good food, delicious wine, and live piano music. Heaven!

the room was beautiful, complete with a kettle, tea, and even complementary lollies. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, including the comfortable bed and the refreshing air conditioning. the shower was great too, providing a delightful start to my day. What really stood out, however, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Not only did they provide assistance with any questions or concerns, but they also gave me helpful tips on exploring Rome and getting around. the location of this accommodation was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions. It was conveniently situated just a short walk away from both the bus and train station. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. And to top it all off, the breakfast provided was a treat to start the day. I highly recommend staying at this bed & breakfast for its exceptional value for money, convenient location, and friendly staff.

We were pleasantly surprised by the good value for money we found at Il Fascino Di Roma. The location was great, close to the Rome Central Station and not far from the main sites. The room, although a bit old, was big and clean. The staff was helpful and polite, even reaching out to us when we were late to check-in. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the reception. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to major attractions and the Termini station. Our room was clean and comfortable, with great views of the street. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with city maps and highlighting all the directions we needed. The breakfast spread was amazing, with freshly baked cakes, fruits, cold meats, and more. I especially loved the gelateria called Verde Pistacchio just around the corner. I highly recommend this hotel for its central location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful, providing us with a map and marking all the major tourist locations as well as some hidden gems. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the metro station, allowing us to easily explore the city and even visit the Vatican. The hotel was also very clean with modern rooms that had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge and a kettle for tea and coffee. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food, and we appreciated the fact that they allowed us to store our luggage after check-out.

Title: Loved the ornaments in the room! The guest house is conveniently located near a metro station and the opera theatre. The Italian breakfast was okay, I mean who doesn't love sweet pastries and bread, right?

We had a great stay at Il Fascino Di Roma Bed & Breakfast. the room was comfortable and we appreciated having a window that opened to let in fresh air. the location was excellent, being close to Termini station and within walking distance of many sights. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we particularly enjoyed the English TV channels and the delicious breakfast that was prepared for us to take away on our early morning flight. we would recommend this B&B.

The hotel had all the necessary amenities and was clean. The room had a small refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee. The bathroom was equipped with a shower, shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer. The building has an elevator. The staff was approachable and helpful, answering all questions quickly. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Rome Termini and the city's sights. There were grocery stores, a supermarket, and many restaurants in the neighborhood.
