There is also a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, sauna, and sun loungers, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the breathtaking panorama. The hotel itself is lovely, with spacious and clean rooms that have balconies overlooking the gardens and bay. The staff, including Melita at the front desk, are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to nearby attractions and train stations. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Baia.

It also seems to be a popular spot among locals, as evidenced by the number of local Italians dining in the restaurant. there are several restaurants nearby, providing guests with plenty of dining options outside of the hotel.

The cleanliness and maintenance staff can be quite noisy in the mornings, which can be bothersome for those wanting to sleep in.

Great Views and Location

Located on a hill with stunning views of the bay and mountain, this hotel was a perfect base for exploring the nearby towns and attractions. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and toiletries provided. It was exciting to have a minibar in the room, and the continental breakfast was a plus. the car park attendant was friendly and helpful and found us a parking spot every day.

The hotel lacked some facilities, and there was no pool or beach in the immediate vicinity. the shuttle service to the train station was a highlight, but the frequency was reduced due to weddings and functions taking place in the hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Il Gabbiano for a week and loved it. The view from our balcony was stunning, and the restaurant also had incredible views. The hotel had a modern decor and was currently undergoing renovations. It would be a perfect place for a wedding reception. The rooftop hot tub and sauna area provided breathtaking views. The hotel was conveniently located between two bays, and the free shuttle bus to the train station and beach was a great bonus. The room size was just right, and the minibar had reasonable prices. We especially enjoyed the outdoor breakfast and the helpful breakfast waiter.

We strongly recommend this hotel.
