I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station. The room was exactly as pictured, with beautiful Italian design. The toilet and heater were clean and functional. Breakfast was simple yet delicious. Gwendolina provided friendly and helpful service, even giving us tips on hidden gems in the city. The hotel is highly recommended for fellow Southeast Asian travelers, with Halal eateries nearby.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at a hotel in Venice. The location was perfect - just a short walk from the train station and ferry stop, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We loved the convenience of having a pastry shop right across the laneway from the hotel. Exploring Venice was a breeze, with the Rialto Bridge only a 15-minute walk away and Doge's Palace just 30 minutes away. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us cool in the summer heat. The friendly staff at reception made us feel welcome throughout our stay. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Hotel Il Mercante in Venice for a few days. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and waterbus stop, making it easy to explore the city. There was a supermarket nearby and a great halal Turkish restaurant just around the corner. The room and bathroom were a good size, and the daily cleaning service was excellent. The Venetian-style decor added a unique touch to my stay.

Lovely hotel in a great location minutes from the train station. Warm welcome and friendly staff. Very clean. Good choice of items at continental breakfast buffet and unlimited hot and cold drinks. Lovely large, warm room decorated in the rich colors and fabrics of the Venetian style.

Friendly, convenient, and cozy experience. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the train and bus station, which made our departure hassle-free. The location also offered cheaper souvenir shopping and convenient access to Halal and vegan restaurants. Fabiola, the receptionist, warmly welcomed us and even helped with our heavy bags. Her detailed instructions on transportation were invaluable. The only downsides were the cold, non-carpeted floors and the simple breakfast, but they didn't deter our enjoyment of Venice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

For us it was ideal.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. the location was fantastic, as it was just off one of the main streets on a narrow street. It was quiet and super close to the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. Finally, the rooms were spacious and very nice. The hotel was decorated in Venetian style, which made it a unique experience.

One small improvement could be made in terms of the breakfast. Although it was very good and had too much food actually, there could have been a bit more variety, especially in terms of vegetables and eggs.

The breakfast exceeded expectations with ample food and a delightful espresso machine. The location was ideal, close to the train station, airport bus, and vaporetto. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay.
