The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, right in the center of town. We were able to step out and immediately be surrounded by the lively atmosphere of the main street. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely rooftop terrace with a small pool, providing a relaxing spot to enjoy the view.

We found the staff to be somewhat unhelpful and aloof, with the exception of the friendly cleaning staff. We encountered some issues with the reception staff, who seemed to be inconvenienced when we asked for simple things like extra towels for the pool.

Taormina is stunning, and Il Piccolo Giardino is a hidden gem right in the center. The rooms are beautifully designed and the pool has breathtaking views. The restaurant serves delicious Sicilian cuisine.

Oh, and let's not forget the lovely staff at reception who couldn't do basic math and kept us in the dark about the broken lift. Classic.
