The hotel had a contemporary high style and luxurious atmosphere. the spacious bathroom with quality fixtures and the comfortable bed with deluxe linens were perfect. the hotel's convenient location, with multiple restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance, was a big advantage. the breakfast had a nice selection of Italian-style items, including cherry tomatoes and mozzarella, along with a variety of nuts and dried fruit.

Some guests mentioned that the internet was out for a few days during their stay, which was inconvenient. Additionally, a few guests commented on the cleanliness of the hotel, particularly in the rooms and spa area.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by ensuring that used dishes, like cups and plates, were promptly removed from the rooms.

Everything is what i need and want.

My partner and I were there for a relaxing getaway and the Lhp Hotel Montecatini Palace & Spa was the perfect choice. The spa was a great way to start our day before heading up to the rooftop pool, where we could chill and enjoy the sun. The restaurant, Francy, was highly recommended and we were blown away by the quality of the food. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, especially Mr Gaetano and Miss Nadiscia who provided excellent service. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

We especially enjoyed spending time with Nadisha by the pool and the welcoming restaurant manager. The hotel's restaurant served the most delicious classic Italian dishes, creating an unforgettable dining experience.
