Convenient location and friendly staff: The hotel was situated in a prime location, close to the main sights of the city. It was within walking distance to Termini and the Vatican, making it easy to explore Rome on foot. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and recommendations during our stay.

Inadequate facilities: The hotel was located in a regular apartment building, and the rooms lacked proper amenities. The walls were thin, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to be easily heard, and some of the furniture was broken or marked.

The location of the hotel was amazing, really close to all the main sights and the main train station was within walking distance. The receptionist was also very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, it had a really nice view of the city and the facilities were good.

The check-in process wasn't the smoothest, we had a bit of trouble finding the place and had to wait a little longer than expected for someone to check us in. There wasn't much information given to us about the hotel and the surrounding area, so we had to do a bit of our own research to get by.

The location of the guest house was excellent, just a short walk to Termini Station where we could easily access all the attractions. We also loved the fact that there was a nice coffee place nearby where we could enjoy free coffee and tea. Another great thing was that we were able to easily walk to Piazza Venezia - it was so convenient.

That the walls were quite thin, which made it a bit noisy at times.
