The location is excellent, being so close to Rome Termini train station. This makes it easy to access public transportation and explore the city. Additionally, the room and facilities are modern, clean, and have a nice smell. The owner is friendly and the WiFi works well. The kitchen is also a great advantage, with a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine.

The room size is smaller than expected, and there is some noise from other rooms. Additionally, the quality of the door and wardrobe is poor, and the bathroom is quite small with peeling walls in the shower area.

The hotel has a fantastic location, being within a short walk from the central train station. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and also for accessing public transportation. Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained, with a farmhouse-chic decor that added a cozy touch to the overall ambiance. The private bathrooms were a welcome addition, providing convenience and privacy. Furthermore, the staff members were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist and answer any questions promptly.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The location of the hotel was great, being within walking distance to Roma Termini. With a bus stop right outside and the metro station close by, it was easy to explore the city. Plus, there was a Conad Supermarket nearby for any necessities.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Stained pillows, hair in the sheets, and a dirty overall look were not what I expected.

Likes during xmas: The hospitality was amazing, from the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, offering us treats and great recommendations for sightseeing and dining. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the main train and metro station, making it easy for us to explore all the famous sites in the city. Not to mention, the room was spotlessly clean and cozy, with a lovely balcony overlooking a peaceful courtyard.

Dislikes during xmas: The only downside was that the room was a bit cramped, with limited space to move around. The bathroom was also on the smaller side.

I recently stayed at a guest house in an excellent location, just a few minutes away from the metro. The owners, Mario and Veronika, were incredibly friendly and accessible. They even provided us with their WhatsApp number in case we needed anything. The rooms were cozy and the whole place was very clean. On the same street, there was a fantastic restaurant with authentic food and one of the best gelato shops in town. The kitchen area was well-stocked with all the essentials. it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this guest house.
