The hotel's location is fantastic, as it is within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions like St. Peter's square and the Vatican City. Additionally, it is conveniently located near public transportation options such as buses, trams, and the metro, making it easy to explore different parts of the city. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. They even allowed early check-in and held onto our luggage for a day, making our stay and departure stress-free. The breakfast served was delicious and had a variety of options, including fresh fruit, yogurt, granola-type cereal, and other continental or more substantial choices. The cleanliness of the rooms was also excellent, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.

They were willing to provide assistance and answer any questions I had during my stay. the room was comfortable and the beds were cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. the bathroom was spacious and easy to maneuver in. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a great location, within walking distance of all the major sights in the city. This made it convenient for exploring and enjoying all that Rome has to offer.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay at this hotel. the lighting in the room was quite poor, making it difficult to see clearly.

My stay at the wheelchair accessible Excel St Peter hotel in Rome was exceptional. The room was adequate for my needs and the toilet and bathroom were perfect. The hotel's location near the Vatican City made it convenient for exploring the city. The friendly staff and delicious breakfast made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and suggestions for nearby restaurants. the location of the hotel was excellent, with the Vatican only a short walk away and a metro station just a few blocks up the road. We felt safe walking around the area and there were plenty of cafes and shops nearby. the hotel also provided free internet access, which was a nice bonus.

There were a few things that could be improved. the hotel required us to provide our credit card details for the wifi box, even though we were already guests.

It's also a 5-minute walk to the Vatican Museums and a 2-minute walk to the nearest metro station, Ottaviano. The area is nice, with a decent amount of shops and restaurants, and there's a trolley stop at Piazza Risorgimento.

All was fine during my stay.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, being very close to everything. It was just a short walk to a metro station, making it convenient to explore the city centre. Plus, there were plenty of cafes nearby where I enjoyed having breakfast. Secondly, the service and staff were excellent. They were attentive and made sure everything was clean and tidy, including the rooms and bathroom which were cleaned daily. Lastly, the basic amenities provided were suitable and the room had a nice view with a window facing the interior court. Oh, and one more thing, breakfast was included in the rate and there was even a Nespresso machine available, which was a nice touch.

The Catone District Hotel is conveniently located near many attractions in Rome. It is next to the castle and a short distance from Termini station. Additionally, it is very close to the Vatican museums and the metro stop, allowing for easy access to all the interesting places to visit in the city. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast, although basic, is sufficient to fill you up until lunchtime.

One downside is that the walls are thin, so noise from neighboring rooms and corridors can be heard at times.
