I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location was absolutely perfect, right at the top of the Spanish Steps in the heart of the city. It made exploring Rome so convenient and easy. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were fantastic. I loved the private terrace with the hot tub in the bathroom – it was such a luxurious touch. Plus, having breakfast included was a great bonus!

This hotel is an absolute gem in the heart of a bustling city. The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the famous Spanish Steps. And let me tell you, the attention to detail here is outstanding – from the beautifully decorated rooms with private terraces to the luxurious en-suite bathrooms complete with jacuzzis. Oh, and did I mention the breakfast? Fresh food, juices, and coffee to start your day off right – all included in the price. This place is amazing value for money.

All was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel located between two great restaurants and very close to the subway. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated with high ceilings. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The staff, especially Stefano, was very helpful and provided us with great tips and recommendations. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the nearby cafe, thanks to the voucher provided by the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. a fantastic experience.

The spa availability and communal terrace might have been a bit unclear based on the pictures and information provided.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect! It was in a key location, close to all the major attractions and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Plus, the staff were amazing! They were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or requests we had.

One thing we didn't like was the noise level in our room. It was right beside the entrance, so we could constantly hear people coming and going, which was quite disruptive.

The room had a strong smell of damp and the windows did not open fully. It was hard to open and close the front door due to water damage.

Felt like part of the family, nothing to complain about.

My room was absolutely stunning, with high beamed ceilings, parquet floors, and a chaise for ultimate relaxation. The room had all the amazing features I could ask for, including a kettle and a tiled shower room with a great waterfall AND handheld shower. The daily room cleaning was impeccable, and I loved that my room led out onto a shared patio that felt private due to the placement of trees. The wifi was ideal for staying connected. The location was exceptional, right next to popular attractions like the Spanish Steps and within walking distance of other famous sites like the Trevi Fountain and Piazza del Popolo. I even had the pleasure of hearing an opera singer on the steps from my room! Dario, the host, was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available for questions and advice. His excellent English and assistance with any difficulties made my stay even more enjoyable. I can't recommend this place enough - I will definitely be back!

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Rome. It is situated between two restaurants at the top of the Spanish steps and in the square at the bottom of the hill in Piazza Mignanelli. This puts guests right in the center of Rome and close to everything the city has to offer. the staff at the hotel, including Dario and his colleagues, are very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

One negative aspect is that the room with a terrace may not be as enjoyable during wintertime, as there are no views and the terrace is surrounded by buildings on all sides. the kitchen where breakfast is served is quite small and lacks windows, which may take away from the overall breakfast experience.
