The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the Metro station and close to so many sites in the historical center of Rome. The room was spacious and comfortable, with charming decor. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The lack of a 24-hour reception and the need to carry keys from an external door could be inconvenient for some guests.

Not obvious to find

The location of this hotel was perfect for my Xmas stay. It was so close to all the major shopping areas and had a variety of great restaurants nearby. The staff was really friendly and provided excellent customer support. I also liked the modern bathroom facilities that were available in the room.

The hotel was not a great value as it offered no breakfast facilities and had no elevator which meant that I had to climb stairs every time I wanted to access my room. Furthermore, the hotel staff was not available after 11 pm which made it challenging for me to carry my keys when I went out at night.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent, especially considering its prime location in the Spanish Steps area where branded shops are right around the corner. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with basic amenities like a pull-out sofa and two bathrooms, ensuring maximum comfort for guests. Additionally, the staff is friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
