This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the location is superb, right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore all the wonderful sights within the old walls of Lucca. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They even recommended some fantastic restaurants in the old amphitheater, where we enjoyed delicious meals. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed with attention to detail, providing a generous bathroom and a kitchen that had everything we needed. Lastly, the breakfast each morning was a great way to start our day, offering tasty options that catered to all preferences. All in all, this hotel provided great value for money and made our stay in Lucca truly memorable.

Loved my recent stay at this hotel during my business trip. the stylish decor really caught my eye and made for a great first impression. the staff was incredibly hospitable and friendly, making sure to give me the best advice on where to eat and what to see. the central location was just perfect, with easy access to all the key areas of the city.

While the hotel was excellent, there were a few aspects that could be improved. the soundproofing could use some work, as there was occasional noise from both inside and outside the building.
