The staff was very friendly, understanding, and helpful. The hotel facilities were beautiful, with lovely decor and murals in the lofts. The breakfast was excellent and the outside terrace was a great spot for a quiet glass of wine before bedtime.

It's hard to find a hotel in such a nice plaza. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room amenities were excellent, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a television. We also loved the patio, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The continental breakfast was delicious and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring.
