The hotel is in the center of Firenze, close to all the major sights and attractions. The location is amazing, just a 5-minute walk to the Duomo and near the best restaurants in the city. The staff was very friendly, understanding, and helpful. The hotel facilities were beautiful, with lovely decor and murals in the lofts. The breakfast was excellent and the outside terrace was a great spot for a quiet glass of wine before bedtime.

We had a great stay at this place! The location is fantastic, close to the best restaurants in the city and within easy walking distance of all the attractions. It's hard to find a hotel in such a nice plaza. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room amenities were excellent, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a television. We also loved the patio, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The continental breakfast was delicious and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring.
