The property is spacious, clean, with comfortable beds, a great shower. The kitchen is equipped with coffee pods, tea, and enough plates and pots. The combination of old Venetian building and modern decor is appealing. The reservation manager, Samy, was attentive and helpful, providing directions, meeting us at the vaporetto stop. He even let us use his laundry facility.

The apartment, located in a historic palace overlooking a romantic canal with traffic of gondolas, was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The personalized service provided by the staff was fantastic, from picking me up at the water bus stop to booking fantastic locations for dinners. The location of the apartment was excellent, just minutes outside of the core and close to everything in the heart of the city.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The beautifully designed rooms were a breath of fresh air. They had a modern style that was a nice change from the traditional Venetian style. the room we stayed in had two small balconies that overlooked a canal, which made for a truly romantic experience. We were able to relax and watch the gondolas float by, and we even witnessed a marriage proposal right under our balcony. It was magical. Additionally, the bedroom was spacious with a high, beamed ceiling, and we had plenty of wardrobe storage.

The wifi was a bit slow during our stay, which was frustrating at times. It would have been nice to have a stronger and more reliable internet connection.
