We had a great experience staying at this hotel. Maria, the host, was lovely and communicated with smiles. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk everywhere comfortably. The hotel was also great value for money. Our room was clean, large, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a great assortment of items, and the coffee was excellent. The soundproofing in our room was also very good. it was a fantastic find for exploring the historic center of the city.

The location of this place is mind-blowing! Not one, but two AMAZING locations to choose from. The rooms are basic but super clean and spacious. The staff, despite the language barrier, are incredibly friendly and accommodating. And guess what? Free wi-fi in the rooms! The breakfast served at a nearby building was absolutely jaw-dropping. The owners make you feel at home and the restaurant next door serves the most incredible pastas. The staff, both at the hotel and restaurant, are polite and super helpful. Plus, there's a self-laundry just opposite the hotel - perfect for a long trip. And the best part? It's walking distance to all the major sights. Can't ask for more!

The location of the hotel was fantastic, it was within walking distance to all the main attractions and the train station. The room itself was cozy and stylish, with antique furniture that added to the historical atmosphere of the city. Additionally, there was a wonderful market nearby called Mercato Centrale where we could enjoy delicious food throughout the day.

That the street nearby could get quite noisy in the evening, but this was a small tradeoff for being right in the heart of the bustling city. Additionally, there were some communication issues with the staff, as they spoke very limited English.

I recently stayed at a charming accommodation in the heart of Florence. The owner at Katti House was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro station, downtown, and all the main meeting points. We also enjoyed a delicious open buffet breakfast in the morning, complete with a choice of coffee, cappuccino, or hot chocolate. The WiFi signal was excellent, allowing us to stay connected throughout our visit. it was a convenient and enjoyable experience that I would definitely recommend.
