Front desk personnel gave us wrong directions, sending us to a dark and unsafe area instead of recommending a taxi.

The property was immaculate and had a stunning garden where we enjoyed dinner and drinks. The location was perfect, with archeological ruins on one side and the Tiber River just a few hundred meters away. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. Our room was spacious and modern, with a great bathroom and a small refrigerator. There was also a charming trattoria just a short walk down the street that offered delicious and affordable meals. we felt safe, at home, and had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Kolbe Hotel in the heart of ancient Rome. The location was ideal, right in front of the Palatine Hill and within walking distance of all the important sites. The hotel itself had a rich history and exuded sophistication and elegance. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a beautiful view of the Palatine Hill. The staff went above and beyond to provide useful information and make my visit memorable. The hotel also had a Dyson air sanitizer, which added an extra layer of safety and hygiene. I can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel.
