We absolutely loved the amazing view from the property. It was breathtaking and made our stay even more memorable. The DVD player with a selection of movies was a great addition, allowing us to relax and unwind in the evenings. The spacious double room was fantastic and the staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in as soon as we arrived. The location of the property was perfect, right in the center and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean, with the cleaning lady coming in every day. The breakfast provided was also delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We felt super comfortable during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The location of the hotel was very central and it was easy to access all the major tourist spots. the staff was courteous and offered great recommendations on what to see and do around the area. It was also a nice touch that breakfast was included in the price of the room and it was served directly to our room every morning.

Getting to the hotel by car was a complete nightmare. the streets were narrow and confusing, with no clear signs indicating where the hotel was located.

The hotel is amazing, with an incredible view of Signoria. It's located right on the Piazza della Signoria, with everything within easy walking distance. The staff is friendly and attentive and breakfast is great with proteins!

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. Our room had a view of the bustling Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio, which was a treat. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, allowing us to check in early and even providing breakfast before our departure. The charm of the XVI century building added to the unique experience. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and friendly service.

We absolutely loved staying in this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the centre of town and directly across from the Palazzo Vecchio on the square. It was so convenient to have breakfast right near the breakfast area. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the view from our room, it was truly breathtaking.

The lack of an elevator, which may be a bit challenging for those with mobility issues.

The location of this hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of the city, it allowed us to easily explore all the major sites of Florence. Plus, the rooms were absolutely beautiful and spacious, with lovely paintings and decorations on the walls. The air-conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days, and having a fridge and coffee making facilities in the room was a great added bonus.

There was one small detail that could be improved - the breakfast. While it was included in the price and had a satisfactory selection, the coffee was often served cold.

This hotel is great - in the heart of Florence, with an incredible view of Signoria. The location is very central, right in the middle of the old town, making it minutes away from almost everywhere. The Cosimo room was superb, with an interesting authentic interior and a small private foyer. It had a spacious main room with a large double bed, a sofa that doubled as a single bed, and all the basic amenities you need. The breakfast brought to the room every day was much better than we expected, with fresh fruit, ham and cheese, and a selection of rolls and croissants.

All was perfect during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at La Casa Del Garbo - Luxury Rooms & Suite. the location was excellent, with easy access to all the top sights and museums. Our room had a fabulous view of Piazza Della Signoria and was really large. the breakfast was delicious, with croissants, yogurt, toast, cornflakes, fruit juice. Claudia and her team were incredibly helpful, drawing on a map and providing recommendations for things to see and do. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
