Our room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony overlooking the street and canals below. We loved how the shutters and windows kept the nighttime noise to a minimum. the location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and easy to find. Plus, we enjoyed the free breakfast every morning!

Location of the hotel was great, the hotel was very central which made getting to and from places a lot easier. the hotel had warm and comfy beddings which was a great relief to the cold weather during Christmas. They also offered free breakfast which had a good variety of food to choose from.

The room could have used a bit of an upgrade. Some of the furniture was old, and the walls were thin.

As youngsters, we loved the convenient location near the main canal water buses and the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the fresh linen and towels provided daily were a bonus. We felt like true Venetians starting our day in this small, scenic house. The comfortable bed and small but well-equipped bathroom added to our pleasant experience.
