The staff is friendly and helpful, even assisting with luggage. The breakfast spread is excellent, with a variety of options to choose from.

Some rooms may not receive much direct light, so they can be rather dark during the day.

The Sofia apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a quiet atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus, with plenty of dishes and pans for cooking. The breakfast provided was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. The available parking was convenient, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was helpful and communication was easy. We loved the charming community atmosphere of Lucca.

We were fortunate to find this hidden gem in the heart of the city. The staff, Anna and Elena, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The beautiful paintings and chandelier added a touch of elegance to the cozy home. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the backyard. The breakfast included delicious Italian-style food. our experience far surpassed our expectations and we would definitely return to this charming bed & breakfast.

my second stay here was even better than the last, the staff were as warm and welcoming as always, and the apartment felt like a true home away from home. it's located in a quiet street but still just minutes away from the center. i didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back again!
