Our stay was marred by an unexpected hot water issue. It cut off while my husband was in the shower, leading to a frustrating experience. Although we were eventually informed that they were working on fixing it, the initial lack of communication was disappointing, and one staff member seemed dismissive about our concern later.

You won't believe how helpful the staff was,, they even helped me figure out where to get the best pastries in town. Also, I stayed in this amazing one-bedroom apartment that felt like home – comfortable and packed with everything you need. ,
