I stayed at a charming guest house in a tranquil town. The owner was very friendly and the on-site restaurant was fantastic. The food variety and terrace views were amazing. The room was quiet at night and the location was close to the center but away from the crowds. The staff helped organize a lava flow boat trip. It was one of the best places I stayed at during my trip. Highly recommend!

During my stay at this charming and welcoming guest house, I had the pleasure of enjoying homemade food prepared by Carlo in the open pizza oven. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the shops and beach. The friendly team made me feel right at home as a solo traveler. We had an amazing stay at La Lampara in Stromboli. The staff were welcoming and allowed us to check in early. The room was great, with a fridge and an outside area. The restaurant attached was delicious and even made us a late night pizza. They also made breakfast earlier for us before we checked out. The location was perfect, with views of the volcano and just a short walk from the harbor. The decoration and flowers were beautiful, and the atmosphere was peaceful.

We got great value for our money at this small guest house in a peaceful garden setting just off the main street. The room was fantastic, complete with a fridge and a cozy outdoor area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay truly memorable.

The only area that could be improved is the breakfast option. It would be great if they served drinks in real glasses instead of plastic cups to reduce plastic waste and help the environment.

Nothing all excellent.

From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the place. We were greeted with cold beer and warm smiles, even though we arrived before check-in time. The staff at La Lampara went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They allowed us to check in early and our room was great, complete with a fridge and a charming outside area. The unique and beautiful atmosphere of the place made it truly special. We were also impressed with the attached restaurant, which served delicious food. On our last night, we had a late climb up the volcano and returned after 11 pm, when the restaurant was closing. But they kindly made a tasty pizza for us without any hassle. We were also able to check out early due to our ferry time, and the staff accommodated us by providing a fabulous breakfast earlier than usual, complete with great coffee, fresh fruit, and other delicious options.

The only drawbacks we experienced were that the walls and windows were a bit thin, resulting in some noise, and the shower curtain could use some renewal. However, these minor issues did not outweigh the overall positive experience.

La Lampara in Stromboli was one of the best places we stayed during our Aeolian islands trip. The hotel had a beautiful location and the staff were extremely friendly, even helping us organize a night boat trip to see the lava flow. The terrace with a view of Stromboli Vulcano was perfect for enjoying the evening with wine. Can't wait to go back!
