the room was lovely but I was ecepptionally disappointed by the wifi password taking 24 hours. It’s so convenient to struggle with your phone data! Also, the concierge woudl ve been more helpful if she had been there when I arrived. I almost left a good review, but just couldn’t. I expected royal treatment, not just good hospitality.

Breakfast at the café next door was really nice! ! Wonderful pastries and fresh coffee, made the mornings feel special. Plus, the owner gave us great tips on local restaurants that ended up being some of the best meals we've had.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the location and service, it felt just right.

Navigating the steep stairs with my luggage was incredibly challenging, especially after a long day of travel. It felt like a workout I wasn't prepared for, and there wasn't anyone around to assist. Additionally, I found the breakfast at the adjacent cafe underwhelming. the options were limited, and the atmosphere felt rushed when many guests arrived at once.

the stairs were a bit steep (definitely a workout! ). loved the spacious room with a large bathroom. perfect location for exploring and amazing hospitality from the owner, made us feel right at home.

No elevator access makes lugging bags a pain!!! The variety of TV channels is disappointing, lacking English options. Housekeeping could use some more attention to detail and there’s limited coffee-making facilities in the room. Parking is confusing, especially with ZTL areas!!! Noise from the street can be bothersome despite the otherwise charming atmosphere!!!

I really enjoyed the central location, just steps from the Cathedral and main square. The spacious room offered a lovely view of the street, ideal for people-watching. The warm hospitality from the owner made the experience even more enjoyable.

Staying here felt like stepping into a charming adventure in Orvieto, as you can walk just a few steps to the stunning Duomo and vibrant restaurants like Trattoria del Moro, and the warm hospitality from our host made us feel right at home while enjoying spacious rooms with lovely street views. it's truly the ideal spot for weekend wanderers.

The location is perfect, right by the Duomo and town sights. The stairs can be a bit tricky with bags.

the view from our window was stunning, allowing us to enjoy the piazza. it’s a challenge carrying luggage up the stairs to the reception area.

Just an appropriate option for a weekend stopover in Orvieto with reasonable price. The owner upgraded our room to a bigger apartment, which was a nice surprise. If you arrive by train, take the funicular for easy access to the hotel.
