The hotel exceeded our expectations, even better than the photos on the website. We were allowed to stay for around 6 hours after check-out without any extra charges. Not only that, but they also made us sandwiches and provided water for our hike up the volcano without charging us. The hotel is conveniently located right on a black sand beach and has easy access to shops and exploration. The transfers to and from the ferry were convenient and reliable. this hotel was a perfect choice for us.

We had a fantastic time at La Sirenetta Park for our recent stay on this beautiful island. The hotel's fabulous salt water pool and spacious rooms with terraces were a highlight. We spent our Christmas holidays in a hotel on an Italian island and had a great time. the hotel was ideally located right by the beautiful black sand beach and we enjoyed taking long walks by the shore. the complimentary pick up and drop off from the port was also a nice touch. the friendly staff made us feel very welcomed during our stay and was always happy to help us with any queries we had. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of hot and cold food options to choose from.

The hotel could improve on the cleanliness of the rooms as we found a few areas that were not up to our expectations. the gym also seemed a bit dated and could use some renovation.
