The hotel is in need of some updates and renovations, as some of the amenities are outdated and worn out. the rooms could be more spacious and better equipped.

We were pleasantly surprised by the charming 1960's vibe of this hotel. The staff greeted us by name and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our room had a spacious balcony and a beautiful marble bathroom. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food, especially during breakfast by the pool. The location of the hotel, near the beach and surrounded by pine barrens, provided for enjoyable walks and bird watching. we had a great experience at La Tavernetta.
