This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city center, just a short walk away from famous landmarks like the duomo and piazza. The value for money is excellent, with comfortable rooms that are cleaned everyday and provide fresh towels. The highlight of the stay is the breakfast at the nearby Cafe, where you can enjoy delicious meals with a beautiful view.

Our recent stay at a little gem in the heart of Florence was incredible. The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the famous Duomo. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. We loved the fact that complimentary tea, coffee, and soft drinks were provided. Breakfast was served at a nearby café, which had a delightful atmosphere and delicious food. Despite some noise at night, which is to be expected in Florence's old town, our overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this cozy and convenient lodging in the center of Florence.

The location of the accommodation was spot on! It was located right in the heart of the city close to all the main attractions. the breakfast at the nearby café was delicious and the staff were very friendly. the room was very cozy and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city.

The noise outside the accommodation at night was quite loud. Even with the earplugs provided, it was still difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The room is clean and nicely decorated with all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a city map and offering useful information. The breakfast served at the nearby café is delicious and offers a great view. the hotel provides a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The lift in the hotel is quite small, which may be uncomfortable for guests with children or prams.

Outstanding location, staff, and food. 20 foot ceilings and elegant decor with a view of the Duomo Plaza. Comfortable bed and great shower. Best breakfast at the Opera Cafe with a 30% discount. Close to shopping and attractions. Kind and accommodating staff. Warm and friendly welcome. Great option for vegetarians.
