During my recent stay in Turin, I had a pleasant experience at a hotel located very close to the city center. The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom stocked with toiletries. The staff was helpful and the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options including cereal, yogurt, eggs, and pastries. The hotel's location in the Porta Nuova neighborhood made it convenient to explore the city, and it was just a short distance from the Milan airport.

The Wi-Fi coverage in the hotel was unreliable, which was a bit disappointing.

The room decor was a bit overwhelming with too many different styles mixed together, but it didn't affect my stay in any way. The room could get quite warm, especially during the day, but there was a way to control the temperature by opening the windows.

we had a great experience at Lancaster. the staff at the entrance was efficient and kind. the room was nice and clean with a large bathroom. breakfast was good, especially the older lady serving breakfast who was exceptionally nice. the internet connection was good. the hotel is located in the business district, so it's easy to find nearby restaurants. the parking system works well, and the staff were excellent.

The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, even selling tram tickets for convenience. Parking outside the hotel was reasonably priced, and on Sundays, it was free for the entire day. The hotel itself, although rated as a 3-star, offered good value for the money. The bathroom, although small, was functional and came with complimentary toiletries. The breakfast spread had a great selection of sweet options, and the coffee was always freshly made. The hotel's cleanliness was also commendable.
